Invitations to complete the PXT are sent directly to your candidates by email, allowing them to complete their assessment online at a time and place that is convenient for them. The assessment does not need to be proctored, so the candidate can take it from any computer with Internet access. The system instantly scores the assessment and notifies hiring authorities where to access the results.
